By accessing or using Obelinf ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse the Service. You may not: attempt to access accounts you are not authorized to access; interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, documentation, trademarks, and related intellectual property, is owned by Obelinf. You retain full ownership of the data you input into the Service. We claim no ownership over your infrastructure data.
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will provide reasonable notice when possible. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from service interruptions.
6. Fees and Billing
Free tier access is provided at no cost. Paid plans are billed monthly. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obelinf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from your organization settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
