Everything you need to know about our pricing and plans.
How much does Obelinf cost?
Obelinf starts free with the Free plan at $0/month. Paid plans are flat-rate: $29/month for Pro, $89/month for Teams, and $169/month for Scale. Enterprise pricing is custom — contact our sales team for a quote. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. A credit card is required to start the trial.
What is the difference between Pro and Teams?
Pro is designed for solo administrators and includes 1 user, 1 organization, 1 site, and up to 100 devices with all IPAM features, VMs & clusters, API access, and email support. Teams adds collaboration for up to 100 team members, team member invitations, admin/member roles, circuits, multiple organizations and sites, and priority support.
What features are included in the Free plan?
The Free plan includes 1 organization, 1 site, 15 devices, 5 racks, basic IPAM (subnets and IP addresses), the topology diagram, QR code labels, and community support. You can also try most paid features with limited usage caps — enough to evaluate before upgrading. It's a great fit for homelabs and small setups.
Can I use Obelinf for multiple organizations or clients?
Yes. The Free and Pro plans support 1 organization. Teams supports up to 3 organizations, Scale supports up to 10, and Enterprise offers unlimited organizations, ideal for MSPs or teams managing infrastructure for multiple clients.
Does Obelinf support SSO and OIDC?
Yes. Single sign-on (SSO) via OpenID Connect (OIDC) is available on the Scale plan and above. This lets your team authenticate through your identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, etc.) for secure, centralized access management.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A credit card is required to start the trial. You get full access to all features in your chosen tier during the trial period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe.
Is my billing/card info secure?
Yes. All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never store your credit card details on our servers. Stripe is PCI Level 1 certified, the highest level of compliance in the payments industry.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within the first 14 days of any paid subscription. After that, you can cancel at any time and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your organization settings. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
How does device counting work?
Each physical device or virtual machine tracked in Obelinf counts toward your limit. Interfaces, cables, IP addresses, subnets, and other metadata do not count separately.
How many team members can I add on the Teams and Scale plans?
Teams and Scale plans support up to 100 team members at a single flat monthly rate. No per-user charges — invite your whole team without worrying about the bill growing. Enterprise plans offer unlimited team members with custom pricing.
What does 'Limited' mean on the Free plan?
Most paid features — like device interfaces, VLANs, cables, VMs, API access, and more — are available on the Free plan with reduced usage caps. You can create a small number of each to evaluate the feature before upgrading. It's our way of letting you try before you buy.
What happens if I need more than 100 team members?
If your organization needs more than 100 team members, contact our sales team for an Enterprise plan. Enterprise offers unlimited team members, custom pricing, dedicated support, and additional compliance features like custom fields and audit report exports.
What happens when I exceed my plan limits?
When you reach your plan's limit for devices, racks, sites, or other resources, you won't be able to add more until you upgrade your plan. Paid plans include up to 100 users and higher resource caps at a single flat rate — no surprise bills as your team grows.
What kind of support do you offer?
Free plans include community support. Pro plans include email support. Teams and Scale plans include priority support with faster response times. Enterprise customers receive dedicated support.
